- After we open the shitake bag, we remove all the mycelium that is on the upper part,
- we clean it very well with a lot of water and a bit of pressure and we remove the excess water twice
- Then we make holes diagonally on all four sides
- We literraly Slam the pins of the whole block to shock the mushroom but not with a lot of force
- Then we put it on the fridge for two to three days
- Lastly we place it close to a light source in the greenhouse
- When the pinning stats we cut the top of the bag to increase air at the upper level of the micelium.
- Some days after.Cut the plastic near the pins after some mushrooms start to pin to let them breath.
